WCA Subscriber Services.  I found your post because I too recieved a call from them and was curious.  So, I just called it myself.   If you call the number back, listen and then follow the prompts for cancellation.

I also received a call from 657-202-6880. I am tired of telemarketers calling; therefore, I rarely take calls from numbers I do not recognize. I called the number back and it is WCA subscriber services. This number does not accept calls from private numbers according to its recording.

Dont know for certain,, cant prove anything ,,, but within 1 day after ordering from "Guns America" I started getting calls,, just piss's me off and I'm the last one to F@@k with,,, cant walk but I can move,, on my cell phone even?? come on!!! when do we get a way to screw these idiots back?? have a great night call me any time!! I too am getting calls from this number and tired of getting these calls!

The caller continually calls a CELL PHONE number although cell phones are supposed to be off limits to telemarketers.  There was a recorded message concerning the side effects of a drug sometimes used for type 2 diabetes treatment.
