Got a call from this number. Didn't answer and no voicemail left

Been getting a call from this number and didn't leave a voice message.

I got a call from this number at 2:11. Looks like from everyone posts that this is recent and happening fast! I did answer nor did I get a voicemail.  Not sure who it is.  Recently, a lot of numbers that I do not know have been calling from colleges or numbers that just call and do not talk on the other line.  So I wonder if this has anything to do with any of those other callers?
