Robo call from "Fraternal Order of Police California State Lodge Joel Collins" wanting donations. They don't even use a real telemarketer, they're using a computer generated voice. It's a scam, they do not show up on any charity watch web sites as a legit charity.
Their contracted call center located in Eadentown New Jersey, Residential Programs Inc (RPI)  retains up to 90% of all collected donations as of 2014-03-02.  Verified by the agent on the phone at that time.

Received  ANOTHER call from this fake charity. They also call from (657)208-6250. Numbers now blocked but I'm sure they'll call from another number soon. :(
