Calling a 11 year old on a daily basis. Shows how weak these crooks are. Get a call blocker app for his/her cell phone and block all the numbers.

a number like this calls every morning about 8am. never leaves a message. This is our internet phone, so we don't answer any calls from it.

I'm tired of trying to opt out and continue to receive calls. This time I went through to the operator for the BS program they were calling about and began to let them know what I was thinking when I was mocked and insulted by the IRS Program person. The call was from WCA Subscriber Services who never remove you from their list when you try.
