Hung up when answered

Call purported to be Microsoft Service Center male with a distinctive  Indian accent.  Said my computer was sending Microsoft messages that my was computer was being hacked.

The caller spoofed my number and is causing my co. Headaches. Had this number 20 years and My provider, Comcast says the only way for me to find out who is doing this is if someone who recieves the call can ask their provider to trace actual real number, they don't call me so I can't do it. I  will go to India (wherever) and wring their necks!!
Called FCC and they have no jurisdiction in foreign countries. Please help if you can, damn dishonest people.
