Called me on my cellphone. No message left.

Left no message, caller ID read, "out of area."

'Local' number. Most likely spoofed. Keeps calling (twice so far today), doesn't leave a message and somehow manages to make my phone ring AND vibrate (even though I have vibrate turned off). I don't answer numbers that aren't on my contact list so I don't know if it's a robo call or not, but I feel reasonably sure it's a scam call.
