How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Never reply with yes. Say "this is he" or "this is she" or "speaking." They can record your "yes" to them selling something, mail you a product, and bill you for it. They could even take it to collections if you refuse to pay.

"They" can also just pretend to be you and say yes themselves . They can even just charge your account or drain it , IF they have your personal information and account info. NEVER give a strange ANY personal information until you KNOW who you are talking to.
