Don't know who this is but they don't leave a message.
Caller ID shows "PLYMOUTH, MN#" I don't answer unidentified calls. Who the hell is this?

This is a sales call from the Pioneer Press newspaper. They appear on my phone as " V31808584800282"  I have asked them REPEATEDLY to remove my number and I still keep getting calls.
