They are already garnishing me so I dont know why they keep harassing me with phone calls.

These people are ECMC. Ive told them wrong number and block them. Then they spoof caller ID. That isn't going to make the person they want appear!!! Fn Idiots

They Call several times a day. I do not recognize this number. Once they left a message which is given very quickly and not understandable.

They keep calling everyday with this number once. Then proceed by the 866 number all day. I have this number blocked as well but it goes yo voicemail
