Got call on landline then cell. When I answered my cell, no one answered. Thought it strange someone would find both numbers and call a few minutes apart.

Number was on my callerID, but they left no message. I called the number. The automated phone menu said "Welcome to Solutions at ECMC our offices are currently closed." According to the web, ECMC is a student loan repayment agency.

I have been receiving calls on my cell phone from this number several times a day. They never leave a message and I don't answer because I don't know the number. I'm also on the Do Not Call list.
