I recommend to all my friends to never donate to MPR in any way that provides them your contact information.  I donated monthly for a couple years but due to their continual begging for even more money I stopped.  I can't even listen to their station during the pledge drives.  The tactic of holding the content hostage while they constantly beg for money is annoying.  It's one thing to remind people between segments but when the pledge drive becomes the majority of content for days on end.... Geesh... Just sell more advertising (which they already do in the form of "this segment is sponsored by") to cover your costs and keep the annoying pledge drives to a minimum. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me and remove my contact information from their system.

Call, but no message.  I'm a sustaining member - they want more money (I received a letter yesterday, too).

MPR won't stop calling, no matter how many times I've told them to stop soliciting me. I used to donate to them, but after canceling my membership, they continued to charge my card off and on for three years. I had to reverse these charges with my credit card company and then threaten them with legal action. Yet, here they are again, calling me, even though I explicitly stated to never contact me again. The density is high with MPR.

MPR has called me every day for the last five days and left no messages. I set up a sustaining membership 3 months ago for one year, but they keep calling me asking for more, unbelievable.

Call from MPR - they didn't leave a message. Not sure why they are calling unless there are some special member events coming up. I've donated and am a sustaining member.
