So I'm reading these comments, and you guys are saying it's 'State of MN' --- survey thing.
On my phone, it says their CallerID is "MN GOVERNMENT" and when I answer, they don't talk at all.

I too received the same call (2.27.13).  I called the number 651-201-5996 while the person was on the phone. It was a voicemail from a Dr. Nagi Salem. It left no indication that he was with the Dept of Health. Very suspicious.

This company is really pushy.  Called 3 days in a row always wanting to talk to a female in the house for they had enough male respondents.  I regret even giving them a response for fill their survey.  I wish I would have said to each and every question "I do not want to respond to the question".  If more people would do that maybe they would not bother Minnesota Nice citizens.  So beware of when your caller ID shows IP VOICE with a phone number of 651-201-4982.  And, please spread the word to friends, neighbors and co-workers

We have an unlisted phone number and are still getting this phone call twice a day! We do not answer it.
