Want to have someone come bid a solar panel package. They get a fee for setting up an appointment with a contractor. Turrns out the contractor has ZERO employees and no workman's comp insurance per the state license board. The company than used the "excuse" that it keeps their costs lower so they can pass the savings on to me.
