3 calls in succession, all without answering when one picks up,  I'm the first to report.  Can we get this identified, and I will then try to make their life as annoying as they make mine, if not more so.  I will try to go through whatever hoops the authorities have.

I just got a call on my landline from this number so I answered.  I got a recording that said "you may be eligible for a rate reduction of 65%.  Press 5 now to confirm your eligibility or press 3 now to revoke your eligibility and be subject to rate increases".  There were no other options. I have no idea what this "rate" is.  I pressed "0" and got a live person and immediately said that I am on the do-not-call list and to not call me back and then I hung up.

They just called, I didn't answer as I do not know of anyone in Mountain View, CA.  They left no message.

Just got the call on the cell.  Didn't answer.  Added the number to SPAM entry in the address book.

They called my landline about 45 minutes below.  Did not answer. No message. I'm in LA.
