This is a recorded robo call that pretends to be a person.  There is no person.  Emily does not exist.  "You stayed at one of our resorts."

Calling back, this is not a working number.  It is quite likely they change the caller ID for each caller.  The new tactic appears to be to find a non-working number where the area code and exchange match your phone number.
