These clowns have called a number of times never leave no message, getting rather tired of this junk

650-852-8358 calls repeatedly. Never leaves VM on my home number (landline). CID says CHEROKEE DATA. This same number 650-852-8358 called my CELL today. Greated me by name. Said he was from HOME INSTALL. What a nuisance! Told him not to call again, but of course these people don't care and change their dynamically generated CIDs frequently. What I don't get is what are they hoping to achieve by these angrily-rejected-by-everyone phone calls? Who in their right mind would ever hire any of them over the phone?!
