Called me at home & left message.  Steve Martin (with a heavy accent) wants to help me regarding a US Treasury enforcement action.  Deleted and ignored!

Called me at home and left message . Called back . Has to be fake??

This person called me twice today claiming to be Steve Martin from US Treasury Department. He said he will prosecute me for a federal criminal offense. I know immediately this was a scam, since I also got a message before from the US IRS that I own taxes which was also a scam. You need to report these to the federal trade commission. If there are a lot of people reporting this, they will take action.

I reported this to the federal trade commission online and then called them.

He called me twice and left messages. I called him back to tell him that I knew he was a scammer and I was going to find a way to find him and he told me that I would never find him and then just kept repeating the word [***] over and over.

Is there anywhere else that we can report this???

Just got the same call...2 back to back messages...Sounded like a Indian Guy saying I was in trouble with the Government.
