Glad you called back, fraternal order of Police soliciting funds?..Per News and Police organizations said they don't solicit funds; so who is lying?   Called on Sunday

I'm almost positive this call was a total robo call using voice recognition software to process answers as caller did not always recognize I had answered and assumed they had received an answering machine when I said I did not make donations over the phone.

Called, didn't leave a message

Got a call from this number and it's a VOIP call.  This guy is calling using the computer. These people didn't have to be in San Mateo to make this call.  When using VOIP they can use any area code they want.

Called on Sunday at 1105 am and hung up when the answering machine picked up. Caller ID "Redwood City, CA"
