Call came into my cell phone seconds after I tried calling back another known phishing or spam number, 213-545-5003. (I imagine they're linked.) I didn't answer, no message was left.  This one has a whitepages entry: http://www.whitepages.com/phone/1-650-583-8480 -- associated names are Jagdish Kaur and Gurmail Kaur, 651 1st Ln, So. San Francisco, CA.

Still don't know why these jerks are calling.  Some other jerk must have sold my number (wish I knew who that was because I'd sue the pants off them) to these crooks.  Beware!  Don't give them any information.
