Didn't recognize the number and I definitely don't know anyone in the Bay Area that would be calling me. I picked up and it wasn't a robo dialer, operator was on the call as I picked up.    I could clearly hear a call center in the background though so I hung up.

I retract my original review.  This is some kind of relay service that Chicago Messenger Service uses.  CMS is a courier service that delivers packages around the downtown area.   !!!!This is a legit phone number!!!!   :)
