Finally was able to answer the phone when they called at 1:43pm PDT today with caller id of "unavailable".  It was eWeek resources confirming a couple of no-charge IT publications I previously requested.  Stated they are not allowed to leave messages... that coupled with the "Unavailable" caller id has got to make things tough for them.  They also confirmed the conversation with an eMail from the domain www.eweek.com

I get a call on my work virtual telephone number every day from this number. At work, I have no customer with this number. Since I work remotely, and don't know my virtual telephone number, and always miss the call, I can't even report which number is being called.
