"Lender Services". Seemed to be a live person (or a very clever robot), lots of background, likely boiler room operation. Very... vague. Asked twice what their company name was, got 'Lender Services' both times. 'We work with large name banks'.
Had my name and property address (likely from public records), wanted to talk about some lending program, seemed like obvious scam to me.
