The old IRS Scam, caller states to press 1 to speak to a lawyer and 2 to face charges.

Threatening me with prosecution if I don't contact them.  Used the word "Magestrait" jerks

IRS scam with people whose grasp of English is as much a joke as this silly scam.

same as far as from govt. connect with their attn, or face proscecution.

Left message this morning.  Failure to call him back would result in 2nd time ignoring the summons.  Deleted message as spam.  By the way, the word Magistrate is actually a proper term.  It would be interesting to see how far down the rabbit hole this scam would go, but I'm not taking that chance.
