I run a web based solar store.

Called asking for my email and if I had solar panels. Didn't answer any direct questions and kept asking for email address even thought it's listed online. Very thick accent as well. Ended call abruptly when I started asking more questions.

Fake call aout ordering inverters, very thick accent, said he got number from my business web site, asked for my email  ....... duh.
