This guy has called twice in the past two days. I picked up the first time and he told me he wanted to give me free solar power. When I stated I was on the no-call list, he said rudely, "Lady, I'm trying to give you free solar energy. Free!" When I indicated less than no interest, he kept stating, each time louder, "free solar power". I hung up. He called again this afternoon. I didn't answer. The guy's a real nut case. I sure wish there was a way to stop these calls.
