Called my cell phone, I answered. There was about 3 seconds of silence, then the call was disconnected.

Called me on my cell early Sunday afternoon about my home's energy usage (not even a homeowner). Told them to stop calling and take me off their list. Number is now blocked.

Doesn't identify himself, just says calling you because your bill is over 80.000 and we are targeting homeowners in Sunnyvale. Neither is true and he refuses to take me off their list because they aren't selling anything.
