Called my cell phone and asked for someone else, who happens to be the cellular account holder, making me wonder if they got their calling list from my cellular provider.  In any case, said person never gives out my number as their own, so I'm pretty sure this wasn't a legit call.  I said they had the wrong number and asked who they were.  They said something I couldn't understand, then said "ok ok," then hung up.  Near as I can tell, they did not answer my question of who they were.

Called my cell phone a few times in the last week. Rings a few times and then hangs up with no message. Blocked caller.

they are fishing for information to commit fraud.  Never answer a call you do not recognize.
