Calling back to this number gets a "Agents busy" message...received call on Verizon Cell Phone 11/4/2015 7:00pm.

Have received two missed call notifications from this number in the last couple of days. No voice mail. I make it a principle not to return calls from unrecognized numbers unless they leave voice mail. Deleted them (after first checking this site--thank you!).
