no msg left ... sometimes I answer and don't say anything - leave the phone and forget about it ... just let the call linger and use up his/her min in hopes that their phone bill goes up ... and that the calls stop ...

650-284-0972 Hung Up When Answered. Called yesterday and today. Probably looking to see if we are home. I had a "Restricted" call twice minutes before this happened. I'm not happy with it. Blocked.
