I got a call from 650-284-0302 and decided to google it too (while waiting to see if they left a voicemail message)
By the time i got to this site, they left a voicemail and this is who it was from:

Messageware Inc - sales call

They asked me to call back at this number:
905-812-0638 x116

This is a product for Microsoft Exchange to "improve" Outlook Web Access email.

Saw it on my caller ID, and didn't know it, so I googled it.

It was a "You've won a vacation" pitch.  I hung up.

Googled this number as well. My caller ID says it from Oakland.
When I try to call it back it's busy.
