Automated message "This is mastercard calling to confirm your purchase of dirty underwear, to repeat, dirty underwear. I just got a similar call from 650-282-2981 at 2:24pm 05/28/08.  I hung up after a couple of seconds when I realized it was an automated message.  Should I be worried?

I just got a call from 650-282-2981 with the suggestion for peanut butter and jelly for dinner. Prank - maybe, annoying - yes. Any sugestions how to stop it in case it happens again?

I just got the same call from 650-282-2901 at 5:57PM on 5/28/08 with the whole peanut butter and jelly for dinner crap.
650 is actually a San Mateo County area code in California.
This is completely annoying. Any idea for this crap to not happen again?
Extremely disruptive and charges minutes.
