A new number, a different name, but the same ploy to medical alert system for senior citizens.  Not only should this group be reported to the FTC, but NBC may have a trademark violation. I am going to report this number to both the FTC and to NBC.  Certainly, NBC has a team of lawyers to address such trademark violations.
