how can we stop these calls, they are also calling on my cell!!

Getting calls from 650-275-9292, caller ID shows Cal Energy.  Does not leave a message on recorder.

multiple times a day for several days.  When I pick up--nothing.  I have called it back, the call is picked up, and then disconnected.
