Yes--they're baaaaaack. The scam opportunities must be tightening for the fungi selling solar panels. They operate a big roboccall center out of Southern California. If they crow about having your address, which sounds like a threat to me, consider making a local police report. These DNC violators make 100,000 robocalls a day, according to former employees. There are several civil suits seeking civil penalties for violating DNC/TPP regulations, that are making their way through courts in California. They go by a variety of fake names, usually with "renewable energy." "green" or "initiative" in the title. They also lie about either being a public utility, or partnering with a public utility; neither of which is true. Report to donotcall.gov and block them. But expect them, like Whack-a-Mole, to return under any dozens of the spoofed numbers that they use.
