Started getting calls last night, same situation. No one is there! Have gotten 3 calls already today...on my cell phone!

caller hangs up when I answer the call. He did speak 1 time and sounded like he was from India. Repeted phone calls at all hours of the day.

This number keeps calling about once an hour, does not leave message

I absolutely WISH the caller would call every 30 mins.  He calls me every 5 mins.  I got the same thing...no one on the line.  Finally, I was FURIOUS.  Instead of a cheerful hello, I answered with a very angry and loud "WHAT?!"  He finally asked for me by name, but I hung up on him.  This happens to be my cell phone and usually the final call of the evening is around 11 PM!  I finally, just now got him to talk.  IT IS A FOLLOW UP CALL FOR A FREE GRANT!  Geez....
