Caller id showed  TEST with this number.

Called with no message.   I have tel-sentry, so they pressed a 0 - somebody's there!   Put on black list.

650-262-1221 caller id says TEST

By paying your credit cards on time you are being offered a special credit rate.

Caller ID comes up TEST, and it is a new CC SCAM to lower interest Rate.

Press 1 - Some guy that starts talking in Indian/Pakistan along with some English.  I said we speak English in the US.
He gets pissed and starts spouting some crap.  Which tells me he is more Pakistan.  

This is the SCUM of the earth.  

If you can't speak English - Don't call Americans!
