Yet another junk call. Didn't answer it. They left no message. Blocked their number.

Recorded Message saying they were calling from "your power company", and that my rates were scheduled to increase 12%, but I could stop the rate increase if I press 1 now.
After I hung up I got a second call with the same message in Spanish from 714-463-6060.

Got a call from this number multiple times (10/21 at 5 47pm, 10/20 at 8 32pm and 5 36pm), no message, never picked up. Not important to me.

Came up as "Market" on caller id. I did not answer as I do not know anyone named "Market" and I did not recognize the number. They hung up as soon as the machine kicked in.

got a call today from 760-911-0823 which is my local calling zone the caller id was XXXXXXXXXXXca when I picked up the call thinking it was someone local the number changed to 650-262-1122 then got a dial tone. Both calls are listed on my phone as coming in at 4:13.
Not sure what is going on here. Is this a new tactic to get people to pick up the phone or just a confidence that both calls came at the same time. Need to get a call blocker as these calls are increasing. Any suggestions?
