This number keeps calling and claiming to be the IRS and saying I owe back taxes from 2010.

This number called my wife about a "pending lawsuit with the IRS."  I called the number and once they realized I was not going to be another one of their victims they hung up on me.  I believe they prey on recent US immigrants.  Please report these guys to the FBI.

This is a scam for sure!  Call them back and ask for documented proof.  The IRS or any court system would send to you a request for information if they were auditing something in your income tax history.  This is a scam for sure.

Left message: Stated her name (don't remember it) from the US Treasury and arrest action was against me and that I was to return then phone call or be prosecuted for tax fraud. I called the number and told the guy that answered (he had a foreign accent) I am a police officer in my town and that I am tracing the call to pin point his location to send police to his location. He called me a motherf@@ker and hung up.
