Robo call no one on the line

The phone only rang once and I did not answer, but this was right behind other scam calls that I also didn't answer, but regularly receive unwanted calls from. Other numbers are 844-706-5694 and 800-496-8418

Received call from this number, no one said even a word and always a busy tone when i called back. Really hate such scam call!
