Mexicans trying to scare illegals into giving money

Thanks to all for letting me know this is number is to be blocked

Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Out of Area" which usually means telemarketer/scammer. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of San Bruno, California with a service provider of MCI Worldcom Communications Inc.-Ca that is associated with this number. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing numbers or using a VoIP System to phish for personal information while running some scam. A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.

called me too. CID says FINAL NOTICE. I've been getting several spam calls from 650 area code but I have business in that area so the area code is common for me... Jerks!

I really think 800notes should have a call type category for scam or spam. I bet 95% would fall into those...
