They wanted to run a scan on my computer.  Told the person i was at work and couldn't do it.  She said she would try me another time    i asked what company she was with and she stammered and said webroot  - webroot would never do this!!!  Scam - do not give them have access to your computer

I got a call from them i answered and i was at work but had some time so i told them i was sitting in front of my personal laptop just to see what this was.... then I pretended to do everything they asked me to do and then I asked so can you see what the problem is? He said yes it's do its a trojan virus .... LOL .... I don't even own a laptop I only have a tablet !!!! Its is a huge scam ..so i just laughed and asked how he liked to have his time wasted. hung up

I get a call from this number frequently. This morning I answered the call and she called me by name, but I just hung up. Very annoying.

Says it originates from Burlingame CA.  I NEVER answer calls from numbers I don't know, NEVER pledge money over the phone, and so I ignore these. WAS curious about this number since they've tried several times while I'm home from work on Christmas vacation.  Nice to know I was right.

Got the same call yesterday and this morning. I yelled at her, what do you want, and she said WOW. My response was yes, WOW. I hung up. So sick of these calls. Why can't something be done about this?
