Phony free cruise. Spoofed #. They did leave voicemail. I have all 650-218 #'s on my call reject. Didn't realize they could still leave voicemail.  Never received any scam calls on my cell in 20 years. 5 this week! Moved my # to cricket 2 months ago. The email address I used to sign up all of a sudden started to get spammed daily along with my # of 10 years getting scammed. Coincidence ...yeah!
