Caller ID shows it as Google Inc, voice on the other end of the line has no capacity for clear speech. Hung up on them. I sincerely doubt it is a legit call, will consult with my brother-in-law who works for them.

Got a call from this number and you cant even understand what they are talking about. They say it's for google maps, but then they talk to you as if you called them for assistance. It was very frustrating.
