I received a call from this guy today, he said his name was "Bruce" and that he was from "Investor Management". Sounds like some pathetic sales guy.

I got two calls so far, I answered the second, he identified himself as Stewart Abbott of "Investco", a real estate investing company.
He got my number from a drawing promotion they did at the Alameda County Fair.
