Persons from this number (they identify themselves as Career Advisor) call or text with a message that they want to help you find a  job in your area.  They state that they are a company that searches applications to see if you qualify.  They ask you to wait for a job specialist to complete some information to confirm that your profile is complete.    They use the name of JCPenney.  When questioned what is there connection, they become very vague.  As soon as you ask specific questions about the operations they say have a nice day and disconnect.
It took three phone calls to get them to remove my number. from their data bank.
