Who is this?

It is a company called Career Advisor.  If you post your resume on Career Builder or Monster, this company starts calling you.  They do not leave you a message and tehy have even text my phone.  I tried to look them up and it seems like a "head- hunter" for companies.

I did the same thing.  They sent a text.  This kind of stuff really frustrates me because I am in desperate need of a job and its annoying to find something you think might be a good shot and it turns out to be nothing really.
