Got a ring from 169-6458, which in my area code would be 650-179-6458.  The caller ID text was "V6151455250002239583".  So this looks like a complete garbage spoof job to me.  I picked up the call and pretended I was my answering machine (so I would have to actually interact with a marketer).  There was no pickup from the other end and the call was dropped by them.
