Some crappy call center spammers/scammers. Couldn't even have a successful conversation due to background noise and delay over crappy international line. Hung up and blocked them.

I got a phone call from this number on 21/10/16 at 4.36pm. its in from a Canada area code. as I do not answer international call I left it. I looked on here and now happy I did not answer.

Had a call from this number today, I don't answer international calls and from what I have read I am glad I didn't.

i got a call last night around 8 29, came up as a number from Toronto, had a gut start chatting about stocks etc and did i know what they were, didnt give him chance to carry on, cut him off, hope they ring again after reading the many posts about them.

Called me twice in the past week, I missed the first one but picked up the second and all I got was silence
