Got a call from this number and tried to call back and the recording said the number was not assigned. Very Sketchy.

Someone called. I picked the call but could not talk talk as I was in a quiet study room in the library.
By the time I got out of the room, I heard press (0 or 1 now).
When I called back the person kept disconnecting the call.
