They didn't leave a message. I called back after blocking my number and got an automated response - apparently, they are a research company (Abacus Data) with an Ottawa address, (even though the area code is Toronto). They were calling to do a 5 minute survey about local issues. I'm assuming it's about the upcoming Canadian Election after checking out their website. There was NO option to remove my number from their list, so they will probably keep calling. I don't ever answer these calls.
